That has NOTHING to do with your antenna man. Its a bumper pole..you attach it to the underside of your bumper and then when you come close to the curb it lets you know when your close enough so you done smash the front of the bumper into a parking block.

know where I could buy one for cheap besides ebay? mine is JUNK.. the motor is trashed and it just stays up all the time.. and it still makes that annoying noise when I turn on / off the radio like it's moving..
