carbon fiber parts

what's a good, reputable brand that makes cf hoods, trunk lids, bumpers, fenders, etc... for a 97 civic coupe?

what do you guys think of possibly adding these pieces to a black civic? i recently crumpled one of my fenders (oops) and have been looking into maybe getting cf replacements. i already have a hood (although i wouldn't be against getting a new one, it's poor quality) and thought it might look cool to have a black car and have a majority of the body made up of cf.

prolly wont look too bad since the cars black, but personally i dont care for the cf fenders.

try Seibon. I know a lot of cars with their products (including mine). Very high quality!

VIS makes nice stuff.

IMO...I think cf fenders are silly. Now, if youre painting it, alright...but I cant justify the price for the minimal savings in weight.

does it look bad if you mix and match brands? do the weaves look that much different?

yeah... different manufacturers use different materials... at the end, it's carbon fiber... but what grade? kinda like painting your door with ppg, your hood with dupont, and your bumper with house of kolors paint... at the end it's all paint... same but different...
