B16A2 into 91 Civic 4spd
 

A friend of my sold me his B16A2 motor from his wrecked 99 Si. I was wondering what type of problem that I might run into except the hydro tranny problem. Also can I reprogram my ECU to OBDI, I hate ODBII.

I'm positive you can do this swap without too much trouble. I have a friend dropping a B18C into an 89 hatch. As for reprogramming the ecu, not too sure. If it were me, I'd get a pwo.

Regardless, I'm moving this to the hybrid forum. Maybe those guys can tell you more than I can.

i dont think you can reprogram the ECU, but maybe you can use an OBDI ECU, im not 100% sure of that though.
