wastegate problems?
Sometimes it will want to not spool as quick and it will just seem low on power. The factory gauge is also slow at responding to full throttle. When I let off the gauge is slow at coming back down. I can hear the turbo spool and it sounds just fine but it is sluggish on power. Any ideas or help out there? Thanks

What size turbo? What set-up? Check for vacuum leaks. Shorten all your vacuum hoses especially those that leads to the BOV, WG, and boost gauge.

I am running a completely bone stock setup. I don't know a whole lot about turbo setups but I know mine is having problems. Also tonight I was driving and it seemed like once the car fully warmed up it came out of its problem and ran awesome. It spooled up fast and let off perfect. I don't know if that helps at all. It also has a heck of alot more power and is more throttle responsive. Thanks

What the...? To my knowledge there hasn't ever been a factory turbo'ed Prelude. Could be wrong...my knowledge of Hondas rivals only my knowledge of Fiats in most cases. This all seems rather confusing to me.

See...this is what confuses me. If your car is bone stock, it has no turbo. If it has no turbo, how can it have a wastegate? If there's no wastegate, how can you be having wastegate problems? And since when is your car turbo'ed? |
aite i have no clue about that. even i spend a lot of time on aim with him i still have trouble understanding what engine he has in his car
