Ok, I recently received my 04 honda civic coupe tail lights and a pair of halo projector head lights with a chrome housing. I installed the tail lights in a breeze(10-20 min). Although I thought headlights would be as easy as taillights, I thought wrong. ANy help would be appreciated. I only see 2 black buttons holding the bumpers but it still wont pop out. Is there more screws?

theres 2 10mm bolts under the bumper and 2 screws on each side of the fender

so 4 total?

just look around it may be different on your car, its not very hard to take off the bumper cover
