How to polish aluminum... and keep it shiny?

I'm trying to shine up some quad wheels I have, but when I use mother's mag polish on them they end up dulling again pretty fast. How do I polish the aluminum and keep it shiny? Any tips?

i use mothers polish., but i guess if its fading too fast for you that wont work
