I'll be brief because everyone hates a long sob story.

I can't go to my best friend's sister's birthday tonight because my exgirlfriend is there...with her new boyfriend.

When I got back from boot camp, she wouldn't even talk to me anymore. No reason - just wouldn't do it. And to add insult to injury she's going out with this little wuss of a guy (you know, the really girly type - a "pretty boy"). I guess I wasn't cool enough for her or something.

I never did find out what I did wrong in the relationship. I wrote her every day at boot camp, called her whenever we'd get a phone call, and everything was cool. And now this. At least a *guy* would tell you why he didn't want to hang with you anymore.

Anyway, I just wanted to rant.

i dont get why you couldnt go to the birthdat party. i would have gone and just ignored her. if she said anything to me i wouldnt act like an ass and kindly ask her to leave me alone.

Well, the thing is, her dad is kind of psycho, and he said that if I'm ever around her again, he'll get a restraining order on me.

Keep in mind that I never did ANYTHING to her or her family. I always treated her with respect.

hey, Ive got a "restraining order" on me from one of my old gf's (not really...Im just not allowed over there because she made up this story that I stalked her and spied on her house @ night....)

Well hey...if she wasnt decent enough to give you a good reason then shes just not worth it...so dont worry about it.
Once you realize that...it'll be fine and you wont even care anymore.

tell her dad to fuck off, you cant get a restaining order for no damn reason. i'd go to the party and kick the other guys ass cause obviously he was moving in on her while you were away.

It's understandable if you didn't want to go to the party...if you're still mad about the situation then you may have said or done something crazy and you don't want that since you are in the military now and you've got too many things goin for yourself to let little BS get to you. Stay strong. Ever heard of Karma??? It's still lurking about in this so called life...

girls are evil, one of my best friends had to see his X this weekend she was almost his fiancee and she just does the meanest stuff to him until he is in tears i just wanna slap her or somethin:o

Another thing is that I don't hang out with many females really so I don't know what "evil" a girl can do. I just got my heart ran over so I only know the evil a guy can do...maybe it'sall the same but it still hurts...
What goes through someone's mind when they hurt someone??? I don't get it. A whole bunch of guilt would cloud me forever if I knew that I'd hurt someone...

emotions are unpradictable and when you're dating someone who you arent that serious with there is little that can be done with things like this.

When you break it off with someone and they're mean towards you, you probably shouldn't be hanging around with them.

Its all fair is what I'm saying. Shit happens, so deal with it. If you dont like how its going do something about it.

Women are no more evil then men are. We cheat on our women, we force them to look a certain way so they feel accepted and we play of their emotions to get in their pants. Deep down inside a majority of women just want to be accepted and love by the man in their life. FOr this reason they do alot of stupid things in their process of growing up and maturing.

I think the only thing consistant about women is the fact they arent consistant. They are also more emotionally about everything in their life.

Get you a women & then go over there. Make her jelous.

Nah...after reading through this thread i suddenly stopped caring. I hope everything works out for her and her new boyfriend...nothing I can really do I guess. It's pointless to whine about it any more anyway.

Well, I can say that it is true that some women tend to do silly things to gain acceptance from men...and I think it's a damn shame but I guess that's how some women are....it sucks...
