HSTuners - it went down again

Not at the same place, and not with the same fat guy as last time but it was really just as excieting. Let me set it up for you.

I roll up and leave the car iddling for my gf, and hop out to get some ice cream. It's late and there's just me and him. He blows past me and brushes shoulders with me to get in the little corner store.

I go wide and he cuts around and its now obivous we're both going for the same ice cream section. Never having been around these iles I take it easy, but he's a vetrain to these curves and his fat body brushes up softly against the chips on the inside of the turn. He takes the apex like a tiny kid and with the skill of an olderr man.

I spot the last of the cookies and cream that my gf wanted and I think to myself. "Is this what he's going after? Do I take the risk" He looks at me checking out the last cookies and cream and its on. Both of us go for it, his speed takes me from surprise but as we both close in on the last 5 feet towards the door I realize he has another foot to cover in order to walk past the door to open it (it would swing in his face). So my stragey changes and I just gun it, full out no holds bard. I make it to the door and throw my hand on the door swing it wide open. Next I hear the screetch of his shoes on the clean tile, as I look throught he glass door I see his disappointed face. I put my hand on the ice cream and its so cold its refreshing. The cold air flows over me and the race was well worth it.

I pay for the ice cream and when I look back he's looking behind the ice creams for something to eat. Not a cookies and cream fan my reward came later.

The streets have changed but victory has never been sweeter :cool:
