BOV Install Help

ok so there's this pipe i have going into my intake (charge pipe i gez is wut u uys would call it) and i hav this thing... a BOV... do i just drill a hole and weld it on? i don't wanna weld it on then find out i wont supposed to...

what kinda BOV do you have..as that could help us to determin how the install would go...
some of them require an adaptor kit that you can drill the hols and weld the flange to the pipe etc...

Most BOV must have a flange that will require to be welded on the charged pipe
