How to swap

Does anyone know where I can get detailed instructions on how to put an H22 into my !994 Honda accord EX. Or just any instructions on how to take my stock engine out or put the H22 engine in.

look around man. check honda-tech and search for it, im sure they got a shit load of stuff on it. search google also, thats all you gotta do.
