Shit...your mom must have some pretty deep pockets. I'm lucky if I get away with one "big" thing (read: under $150) and some clothes or other little stuff. Besides...paying for your own parts is part of modding it. The only thing worse than not buying your own stuff is never installing any of it yourself. That's part of taking pride in YOUR accomplishments through your car.

I totally agree with GT40FIED here. I only got gifts like that twice, and both were computers (one in 1994 and one in 1999). Now I pay for most of the stuff myself.

Yeah...I hear ya. Last year I got a computer....that was all. I generally only ask for things I need.

And I'll be another to agree w/ GT40...that price sticker is a bit high IMO. Roll it back a bit and ask for a few things there. That way you'll be more likely to get those few things. Then change it to clothes or whatever

oh hell no i wont get half that shit man. I will most likely get the gauges, and I have paid for everything including the car and insurance and installed everything myself, and with the help of a few other friends. Trust me man, I know what moddding is about. I will most likely get like 4 of thouse things.

Hey Civickid....this is way OT, but how's that KLZE motor working with the blower on it? Most motors would throw a fit w/ 10:1 compression and a blower. Any hp numbers?
