D16Y8 Intake Manifold porting
 

Any one got a DIY or know a site that would explain step by step guide

I got a Y8 intake mainfold siting in my garage and i want to try porting it can any one give good advise on that

What gains am i going to get any one done it or got it done

You don't have to port anything unless you have a bseries or otherwise over-sized throttle body...

I believe the head/intake ports are the same size...

What block/head are you bolting it on to?

As far as "how to" you just grind off material about .5-3" into whatever you're porting and make it a smooth transition...

Im bolting on to a D16Y8 head

I thought i could port polish the intake ports



And i know that i have to port if i put Bseries throttle body



So what i should do is Port my head and hers a good way to do it
