b16a for an auto?

i was wondering if i got a engine swap if i could use my same trans even tho it's an auto. i have a 1994 ex auto i would like to put in a b16a in to it but will it all work? thanks for all the help.

no it wouldnt work you'll need a Bseries auto tranny. but doing a swap and keeping it auto is a waste, in my opinion.

agreed. stick shift is the way to go. manual shifting= shift faster, accelerate faster, get the picture? :P

some b16s ive heard of come with the tranny and everything u need for the swap, i cant remember the website but definately if u are swapping dont mess with an automatic

If you get a swap, it comes with the tranny unless specifically stated that it does not. D series is not interchangeable with B series.
