malfunction indicator lamp..
 

all of the sudden it started going on. its the orange one on the upper left corner of the gauge panel with the speedo and tach. i looked up in the manual but it really didn't elaborate on what exactly is wrong. i havn't been in any accidents or anything. what exactly does the malfunction indicator... indicate?

well it could indicate anything. since your car is an obd2.5 it's a lot harder to diagnose than the obd1 ( older cars). you need a code scanner available for $100 at autoparts stores or autozone might pull the codes for you for free. give them a try.
