So, ok...

My parents come to stay w/me this weekend for a total of 2-3 days & in the process they manage to wreck my home & almost get me kicked out of my apartment complex. How you ask? Allow me to tell you.:mad:

So, we get home after my cousin's wedding, the reason they were here...& this dog that they've brought over (a new puppy) has decided to deficate on my porch. No biggie. At least it wasn't in the house. But, I asked my mom to clean it up as I & my friends, Cody & Phillip, were leaving for a party w/some of my other friends. She said she would, so we went out the door.

On the way down the stairs I hear water...:confused: I'm like "What the..." So, me & my friends go on down the stairs & turn to see my mother pouring a tub full of water on my balcony, which in turn runs off my balcony & onto 2 other people's balconies that live below me! :mad: I just stood there at the bottom of my stairs in disbelief...Can they be this dumb? (:yes: )

So the crazy on the 2nd floor, directly beneath me runs out of his apt. (of course), sees me on the parking lot & yells "WHAT THE :censored: IS THAT? IT'S GETTIN ALL OVER MY :censored: FLOOR!! CAN YOU MAKE THEM KNOCK THAT :censored: :censored: OFF?!?w#$@!@^(&#@$"

I said "Yes, I'm sooooo sorry, it's my parents, I can't control them, they'll be gone tomorrow, I promise!!!!!" Then to my parents watching on the 3rd floor I said "Uh, DO YOU THINK YOU 2 COULD REFRAIN FROM POURING WATER OFF MY BLACONY HUH? THANX!!!!!!!!!!!!":mad:

God, how did I ever live w/these people?! How stupid & inconsiderate can they be? So far I haven't gotten a write up or eviction notice, but I'm still waiting for it.:no: Bastards!

That sucks. Not cool, they should like pay your rent for the next 4 months.:yes:

I know! I'm debating on whether or not to leave a "sorry my parents don't know how to behave" note on his door to butter him up so maybe he won't have me thrown out.:confused:

damn, yeah sometimes parents behave worse than 3 yr olds (mine do anyways ;) ) i think it will be ok

That really sucks, but its not the end of the world. You won't get kicked out of your apartment over it for sure.

I wouldn't sweat it. And you're parents aren't retarded or stupid. They meant well I'm sure. Just think...there are some people out there that would love to have their parents be able to get on their nerves like yours do....but they don't because their parents are no longer alive on Earth. Don't sweat the small stuff. There are WAY more important things to get yourself worked up over. Oh and as for your downstairs neighbor...if he's gonna get that worked up over water gettin on his balcony then he's the one with issues, not your parents. It does dry ya know.

that's what my mom said, that if he's upset about water he should put up a tarp when it rains.
