stock head unit help
 

me and my friends wanted to install an amp in my car a 2002 honda civic LX 2dr and we got the power wire threw and then we went to attach the remote turn on lead to a power wire in the back of my stock head unit. then the head unit didn't turn on we re attached the wires that we have cut but the head unit doesn't come back on.... could anybody tell me what might be the problem thank you

Fuse,broken wire, a wired not connected?

Try checking for those.

*edit: Try looking in your manual..There are some security features on the stock heads.

make sure you know the security code on your stock unit...but I'm sure you already knew that.

Sounds like a fuse to me also.
