sorry, I just felt like being dumb and typing the subject like an idiot
anyways, theres a guy in town with a slow integra, black, black rims and black tint, lowered and exhaust from what I can tell... license plate says "noboost"... Im really confused as to what hes trying to say... is he bragging that he is all motor, because his car isnt fast to say the least, I think its an LS... any ideas?

maybe he knows its slow...

but i saw some funny license plate that read DICKEYE5 on it made me laugh
