I hate v-day too.

no i wasnt lonely, i could have had about 3-4 dates but i chose to just go out birthday shopping with my dad instead as to not lead anyone on.

as for my idiot ex, i trusted him to do all myu car maintance, but i guess i shouldnt have. he never checked tire wear or brakes. so now i am in desperate need of both and with no advance warning adn i am working pretty shitty lately, so i had to ask daddy for help. omg i hate this shit! i hate him! and when i called him on it he started trying to play all these head games! god am i hatinmg him today! oh i trusted him cuz he is a honda tech. damn asshole! guess he was too busy getting high than to actually do my car l;ike he should have!

I had a sucky ass V-day...but it was all UPS's fault. I was supposed to get a package & didn't cuz they're too lazy to look up the address of the Tower I work in!!!!!!!

My v-day sucked because something got screwed up and after ripping 3-4 people new assholes i still couldnt' get it all cleared up. Oh did i meantion, I didn't have any one around with to cuddle up with on the sofa infront of the TV?

Well I have no gf, but I'm seeing a girl. For years I avoided this situation like how I disappear off the face of the Earth during Christmas.

I still buy stuff, and drop it off early. I just hate being there. And I hate Christmas shopping.

I've yet to succefully escape a Christmas :no: I also don't like getting gifts because I never feel my gifts are equivalent.

Anyways about the age of 6 my family stopped making any big deal about Christmas. Christmas was the house day haha. So I don't know what to do when people give me gifts, and the holiday stuff (my mom got married and his family is very holiday oriented) so I just say thanks. But I still feel its never enough because I'm not use to it.

Not really. It's never enough b/c you're not used to it? I'd think you'd be overwhelmed if you weren't used to it. Which would cause discomfort, maybe. But not the kind that you're referring to.

If you don't like shopping, do your shopping on the internet...you pay only shipping, no taxes, the gifts come to your day, you can get most things sent to you wrapped, then all you have to do is disburse what you bought.

No crowd fighting.

And about Vday, I understand its point but its the only holiday I'll agree is made by a corporation.

Spending time with someone you care is spending time with someone you care about, you shouldn't wait for one day out of the year to let them know how much you do in fact care.

I don't know if you feel the same as me...but i have a problem with that kinda stuff also...I don't know how to say thank you...and i don't know how to appreciate things...i guess it's just the way i was raised...always being forced to do everything...never feeling loved...i dunno...

the day sucked for me and to make it worse my ex calls me cring because the guy shes talking to now got in a fight thurs night and then calls me friday morning telling me what he sent her but calls me back that night crying again about some stuff about us. it just kinda pissed me because she will come crying to me when things r bad for her but when they r good she likes to put it in my face like its any of my concern
