throught the firewall
 

err yeah, having trouble getting thru from the inside of my friends del sol to the trunk so i can get some wires thru for her sub which will be in the trunk. like what panels do i need to bust open to get there? can someone help?

well, thats not the firewall. the firewall is in your engine bay.

the easiest way is to remove the center piece on the back- the one not on the speakers.
then, unscrew the "bukets" and remove that. on the passenger side, you will see there is a hole that you can grow through. just feed it through and then go grab it in the trunk.

yeah i just ran my wires under my carpets or under my passanger side running boards. Took apart the back of my car where all the speakers are and where the compartments were (because I didn't know) and there are holes that you can feed wires through!!
