Thank you! I got it for 7,000 from this guy up in San Fransisco. He sold it because he has 2 at fault accidents and his insurance was like 4k a year.

BTW, I know there is a thread for this but I wanted to mention that I am trying to get rid of my Civic Si seats (99-01) that were in my old car. I anyone is interested, PM me. Make an offer! Other than that, I LOVE this car. Teg's are SOOOO much better IMO than Civics...Dont get me wrong though, I loved my Civic as well and it served me quite well. But I am REALLY happy with this Teg!

How is riding someones ass and hitting them not your fault?

HondaTypeJ 01-18-2003 11:29 PM

I wasnt riding his ass. Thanks for your support though, I apreciate it. I was following all rules of the road. Cars distance, everything. There was heavy traffic and I had nowhere to go. My insurance company is claiming that the accident was a whole set up by the other party and is going to the fraud dept. Thanks.

AzCivic 01-18-2003 11:31 PM

Dont get all emotional. Damn. I was just wondering, since if you were following with the right amount of room and were paying attention your not supposed to hit the car in front of you.

HondaTypeJ 01-18-2003 11:34 PM

it just pissed me off. Sorry. Everyone I have been talking to about my accident, first thing out of their mouths "your were tailgating, you were too close, etc." I am just tired of hearing it. If I was following to close I would have the balls to admit I was wrong and that I was. But everything happened in an instant, that my reaction time was not fast enought to avoid the hit.

AzCivic 01-18-2003 11:37 PM

Its all good. Oh and about your other post where your getting challenged all the time, I'm glad your smart enough to not race on the street and I salute you.

HondaTypeJ 01-18-2003 11:50 PM

Thanks. Being honest, (the few times I would get challenges) when I would get one, I would take it. Its not safe. You endanger others, as well as yourself.

ShEaNy 01-19-2003 12:07 AM

ya man ive rear ended someone...they didnt use there damn turn signal to turn and i slid into them...just ****ing got enough of the van to get 4grand damage on my front end...its..i thought it was the bitches fault i was 3 cars back easily..slick as hell out....this was a year ago....anyway i got 100 percent cause she ****ing lied..saying i was on her ass for 1 km and blah blah.....insurance companies and IDiots piss me off....its funny how a witness on my side said he saw her front wheels turning to the left..no signal....but her back end slid....no cars in front..thats the best i can explain my experience..i feel for ya man
;) :paranoid: :o

Are you talking about in the civic?

AzCivic 01-19-2003 12:14 AM

There should be a way to make all cars have the same magnetic polarity on the outside so that no car could ever hit another, at least not very hard anyway.
