Graphics Removal

Anybody know any good tips to remove graphics from the body of a car without damaging the paint???

I heard "simple green" was supposed to work very well, but would question whether or not it would dull your paint job or not. Have you already tried just your basic hot soap and water?

try this

remove the vinyl stickers carefully, then go get some wax and grease remover and put some on a terry towel and scrub, then get some hand glaze and use a blue shop towel and polish the area with that....all this stuff can be bought at a auto body supply shop...

hope that helps

goo gone works like a champ to me. i just let it settle for a minute or 2 before i start rubbing. it gives the chemical a chance soak. it comes off pretty quick......

The best results i've seen has been with goo gone. It works amazing and have heard only good things about it.

goo gone works wonders..... but you can also go to walmart and buy the bug and tar remover for like 2 bucks.....

The bug and tar remover cost me like $4.50 for a can at Walmart. Either way, there is cheap solutions to your problem.

my car just went from rolling billboard to naked as far as graphics go... I had vinyl all over and it took about 6 of us 45 mintues to pick em all off then get some goo gone and whipe off the left over glue... make sure you wipe off the goo gone or it will eat through your clear coat!
