If you guys look around, they have improved penile implants quite a bit lately. Supposedly they can add whatever you want with various techniques. What do you guys and girls think of a penile implant? Say your husband/bf had about 5" but you like 10"? Would you suggest an implant? I was thinking of adding 2" myself and rounding it off to a full 10"

They're just a bunch of herbs (usually principally yohimbe bark and damiane) All they do is dialate your blood vessels to increase blood flow to your wang. There's really now way that the blood can force the corpus cavernosum to enlarge so you might get harder than usual, but you won't get longer. The only natural way to do this (as I believe I've mentioned before) is called jelqing. Don't as me how to do it...that's why your computer has a search function and google is your friend.

Much like ohiochica, I'll second that. Seriously man, most girls aren't that "deep". Well...if a guy was about 5 and he needed to get bigger...I would say that he should add a couple more inches to it if he wanted to...or if he was up for it.
