Amen to that. This is something that I too realize about my Accord.

Its true, i realize that my car has serious limitations, but i still enjoy it. Even after i put in a new motor, i will still have a long way to go - but its worth it.

It obviously takes so much time money and effort to really modify a car and sometimes it just really sucks when you think about everything you would like to do and then you realize how much and what it's going to take.

True that - especially with hondas.

nonovurbizniz 03-29-2003 11:07 AM

That's what I was saying.... I will lose to his CHEROKEE not his mustang... the mustang would waste me if he shifted a 2k in every gear.

Ya civic's and all honda's that I've been in for that matter are PIGS.... my sentra would've handed my civic it's a$$. and that was a 1.6 too... no vtizec or nuthin. dohc though (not tuned for it though).

honda's are slow even in japan they're the slow cars.

True, but they are easily modifiable, and cheap to work on compared to most imports.

Yeah, there wouldn't be many of us. I actually got a little pissed off on Saturday. A friend's brother was saying that he does not respect what "we all" do to our cars and he thinks it's stupid. He just said that he respected me because I know a lot about cars. I think he has some weird stereotype in his head. He was saying how we all just cut our springs to drop our cars and it's ghetto and this and that. No, I actually went out and blew money on performance springs to drop my car.

I guess he's seriously mis informed. There is no reason to steriotype all honda owners as "Ricer's" - some of us know what is up and actually do build nice hondas - that is what Hondastyle is about.

That's what I'm saying. Whatever though. If that's what this dude wants to believe that's what I am all about then hey, think that way.
