Are the glass lenses on the headlamps removable?

Already chipped a little off trying, finally decided to ask. I'm wanting to remove some of the oxidation that's built up on the inside of the lense. If there's a 'trick' button, please share...or just a little tip or two would do.

you gotta heat the lamp to unstick the adhesive. i've heard of baking them in the oven at 200F, then with a box cutter remove the adhesive. you might need the 3rd hand too
