I finally found someone who wanted to run against my car last night. This guy in a z28 was all weaving in and out of traffic so I followed behind him. we finally get to a stop light with both of are cars lined up next to each other. he threw a loud ass rev my way, and i gave a little baby rev back. the light turns green and were off. we were dead even through 1st and 2nd gear. when 3rd gear came around, i could feel the boost just plant me back in my chair. I had him by a car length. :D we slow it down cuz of traffic up ahead. he motions to me to roll down my window and asks if my cars stock still. yup still is except for the turbo timer and rims. he gives me a thumbs up and i make my turn into my street. :) I can't wait for my turbo upgrade in the summer along with a new clutch.

man i wish i had a turbo...I got smoked by three cars this weekend.....240sx (nice engine though), Talon (turbo...), and then the last one that pissed me off A CAVILIER (older one, 3.1)
I couldn't belive it... i line up BAM we both dead even off the line then he shifts before i do and starts pulling ahead, so i stomp it, catch up then at the end it was him by half a car.. i was so pissed off...and he drove away..didn't even come back to talk about it.. i so wanted to see his engine... god damn...engine swap here i come...:rolleyes: ;( the good thing is I beat up on a few stock civics LOL. just killed em all...hehe
