Hey guys,

I just received my gauges today... need to know the wires to connect. I know the black is ground, but the red goes to my parking light wire. Which one is that and where is it located? Thanks!

you have 2 options.. 1. you can tap into the fuse box where it says "tail lights, etc".. 2. you can pry off the dimmer for the instrument panel and locate the red/black wire and tap into that wire..

The harness that is to your left as your face the gauges... It should be a white/red wire. Tap that for switch.

i emailed u the instructions, it's a red wire with a black stripe on the green harness, make sure u test it. otherwise goto the dimmer switch, or fuse panel

I used the red wire w/ black stripe on the green plug and it worked perfectly. I love my gauges! They are the ones by AC Autotechnic. Bad @$$... thanks for your help BrandonClaps!

Why not just do what I did, & hook the positive wire up to the positive wire for the light in the ash tray... It only comes on when the head lights do.......

Just take out the 4 screws holding the panel in, pull it & the harness is right there. 1 black wire, 1 yellow & 1 red. Just tap into the red.

tru, Brandon's way is easier since everything is already opened up and the wire is right there. maybe you should do a step by step write up for everyone?
