Koss Quiet Zone 2000 Headphones
<img src="http://blog.wired.com/wiredphotos15/images/350801597_a105e7afdd_b.jpg">
These noise-canceling headphones are so bizarrely shaped, with an ancient font and a giant pack further down the wire (not pictured), that we actually had to verify that they weren't part of a "history of Koss" exhibit. They aren't. Listen closely! You can hear it disintegrating.

Pioneer Elite DVF07 CD Player

We accidentally made this CD player -- yes, a CD player, in 2007! -- look sort of nice. Really, it's not -- it looks like Darth Vader skateboarding into the side of a station wagon.

Xact Skype Phone

The iClunk!

Visteon HD Radio

This at-home tampon maker ... huh? Oh, it's a radio. Come for the high-quality HD audio resonating from the faux wood veneer -- stay for the knob.

Polaroid GPS Unit

It's sort of hard to tell from the picture, but this used the cheapest plastic ever, the sort of stuff you get from smelting Dr. Who props. So bad, in fact, it prompted the invention of the term, "OMG ALABAMA," seen here.

Sangean RCR-22

There's an automatic point reduction for showing off an alarm clock at CES, especially one that reminds you first thing in the morning that you'll never live in a place with columns.

ILuv ISS377 Speaker Dock for Samsung MP3 Player

One of your writers thinks this is a classy-looking gadget, like a hewed and polished geode. The other thinks it looks like a rotten cantaloupe. One is wrong -- and it's not the one with the keyboard.

Ultrasonic Humidifier From Sunpentown
<img src="http://blog.wired.com/wiredphotos15/images/350812552_f552b5890c_b.jpg">
OK, this is actually sort of awesome. We'll give this one a pass because we hope all gadgets will someday be available in pig format.

No amount of hat will hide the fact that this duck has no pants.

The City Cowboy From Sunpentown

We like our sex toys small enough to keep in the house, making this barn-only rider mechanical bullshit. On the upside, watching execs ride these is hilarious.

VenMill Industries' Skip-Away
<img src="http://blog.wired.com/wiredphotos15/images/350819411_c1b5fc939e_b.jpg">
From the outsize, embossed-chrome logo bar to the strange swoops and badges at every turn, this is "and the kitchen sink" design at its worst. Someone needs to invent the Skip-Away-Away.

G-Flex Game Booster

The shiny covering made this "portable audio chair" difficult to photograph -- and likely difficult to clean. No amount of pink is going to convince a woman this looks nice in the living room.
