Ok I have been doing a lot of reading about this intake and I'm sold on it. But I was looking at a pic on ebay of the engine compartment and I didn't see the battery in that location where the intake goes.

This aem intake doesn't go in the "normal" spot it looks like it goes right where the battery should be. Does anyone know for sure if the 4th gens would have to relocate their batteries?
The intake is made for 92-01 preludes so that is possible that its a 5th gen pictured but I just want to know what I'm in for if I spend over $220 on an intake.
