List Price for the Civic is $1,299.00. I think is the best price for a racing coil over. TEIN, SUSPEC is like +1,800.00.
Also APEX is made in Holland and they are very big in EU, they are supposed to be very good quality.

do they give you the option of custom spring rates?
do they do rebuilds and revalves on the shocks?
it is not a true race system if it does not allow for custom spring rates and rebuilds/revalves. If they do it is probably a quality system. If you want a true race setup look here : www.truechoice.com

They can give you special spring rates on request, not sure about the shock but they are aluminium body and 22 position adjustable. Apex Suspension is very well known company and Europe and they race in races like lemans.
The truechoise is equivalent to some koni yellows and some ground control coil overs. It is a very good setup but the apex suspension looks better.
