Ok guys .I saw a lot of people refering to f22a1 as making 125 hp. here is what i pulled out of chilton'r repair manual

f22a1 - hp: 135hp@5200rpms tq: 137@4000
f22a4 - hp: 125hp@5200rpms tq: 137@4000
f22a6 - hp: 140hp@5600rpms tq: 142@4000

is this info accurate or the other peeps were just bs with me ?

dont trust the chiltons manuals when it comes to specs. they seem to be wrong often on those.

heres what i get.
F22A1: 125hp5200/137trq4000
F22A4: 130hp5200/142trq4000
F22A6: 140hp@5600/142trq@4500

helms
no the haynes are pretty inaccurate with specs too. for some reason these cheap books like to think the 6g civic sohc notec has a 1.5L, when that is wrong. i dont trust them when it comes to specs.

www.google.com
do a search on Honda Accord engine specs

They are excellent books. I need to get my hands on one sometime soon. This haynes manual just doesn't cut it
