Three men were sitting together bragging about how they had given their
new wives duties.
The first man had married a woman from Alabama and bragged that he had
told his wife she was going to do all the dishes and house cleaning. He
said it took a couple days but on the third day he came home to a clean
house and dishes.
The second man had married a woman from Florida. He bragged that he had
given his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes, and
the cooking. On that the first day he didn't see any results, but the
next day it was better. By the third day, his house was clean, the
dishes were done, and he had a huge dinner on the table.
The third man had married a Michigan girl. He boasted that he told her
that her duties were to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn
mowed, laundry washed and hot meals on the table for every meal. He
said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see
anything, but by the third day most of the swelling had gone down and he
could see a little out of his left eye. Enough to fix himself a bite to
eat, load the dishwasher, and telephone a landscaper.
Got to love them Michigan girls!

Ahh, that shit is killer. I'm in North Jersey myself where the accent isn't that bad.
Though, I will say there is something about that accent thing on the chicks. Must be that is sounds so dirty

I heard that Michigan has the four seasons...is this true? California or Nevada doesn't...

Pa DEFINITELY has the 4 seasons....they're really not all what they're cracked up to be. I'd much rather live somewhere that has one season. Hot, no clouds, and no humidity.....that's where I want to be.
And not all accents are attractive. Take the Pa dutch accent/language.....NOT ATTRACTIVE AT ALL!!!

Not familiar that that much with the Pitt accent....it's weird cuz 2 of my managers at work are both born and raised in Pittsburgh, but neither have the accent. A lot of the people around here just sound stupid and unintelligent. Like they say "yous guys"....wft is yous???? My mom and I always have arguments about how water is said. She pronounces it "wooder" and I of course pronouce it correctly ;) so I always get on her 'bout that. I have a tendancy to like foreign accents.

my mom says "clooset" (closet) and "malk" (milk)
my dad says "luhyar" (liar) and then some other stuff that I cant remember right now.

I love a Mexican-Spanish accent first and foremost, then there's the Scottish accent. Yes, I know, it didn't help that Fat Bastard was Scottish but for some reason (Fat Bastard excluded) I find that accent soo sexy. New York accents don't really bother me, Texan accents are ok, but Southern accents (Georgia, Alabama with all the slow drawals) REALLY irritate me. There was this really cute girl that used to work with a friend of mine that was from deep in Georgia. Her accent was very thick and she was soooo nice but I couldn't stand to be around her. The only Canadian accent I've ever heard was a character on tv doing the "typical" accent attaching "EH?" on everything so I really can't comment on that one.

I used to know the hottest chick from Scotland.
Man, that accent made her even more hot. I would just drool whenever she was talking.

Heh, my last name is Connelly. Quite Irish. But I'm really a mutt and don't look Irish at all. More of the Greek shows through definitely.
