well you could just take the out and look at the bottom of the bulb..

otherewise go on any website that sells this stuff and it'll guide you..
Or just call them up.

If ya wait a couple of minutes, Smitty will spot this post and reply.. he has the same car as you.

100w seems a little high..

I think It's around 50-60 w..

It can handle a little more than oem.

Yeah, I agree. Don't run too high of wattage, its not worth the little risks.

stock 9006 -> 55W
stock 9005 -> 80W

i have the low beams for 80W, and the harness is taking it.

If you are looking for a good quality headlight, I'd look into PIAA lights, just FYI.

For much less than PIAA you could go with the Toucan-Industries bulbs..

I like their bulbs, though not in the same league as PIAA.

Have any of you thought about converting the 9005 high beam bulbs and using them in the lows? It works out really well on Integras but I don't know about Accords because the low beams aren't projector lenses. Would it work? Before I spend the time carving up some 9005s for the conversion I wanted to check to see how effective it is.

what you're porbably looking at is the visible light output... its really around 50-60 watts but has a light output of 80-100 watts... you can also get high wattage bulbs too... its runs about 80 watts i believe and has an output of like 120.. i dunno bout that one...
but yea the ones you want are 9006.... if you want nice ones... i like the hiper bulbs... i've had mine for like 9 mths now and they havent burned yet.... unlike eurolites or whatever... they burn every so often....
Piaas are nice too but the rice is nasty... not worth if you ask me... might as well go HIDS.... hehehe.... well hoped i helped you out;)

i got mine from www.plasmalights.com . They were like $76 shipped, and come with a 10 year warranty. The light is nice, not too blue to get in trouble with the donut eaters.

I personally wouldn't get blue bulbs cause it sucks in the rain. Get ones that are superwhite or have a slight tint of blue. :yes:
