it's an excellent alarm... many many options, but see if u'll use the options. i like all of DEI products... clifford is owned by dei. check this web site http://app.infopia.com/Shop/Control/Product/fp/vpid/645194/vpcsid/0/SFV/22218/scat/11385 not sure if it's an error or not, but you can get an avantguard for like $400 on ebay... i doubt installation is 800
