Quick guys i need photo editing help before christmas!!!

Ok heres the deal. My Girlfriends uncle is deeply into George Jones. So she had the Idea to eidt a picture of george jones and add him in there... so, she gathered some pictures and i just scanned some pictures of him. If you find any other pictures on the internet thats fine also... So if anybody is kind enough to lend there expertise i would appraicte it. I obviously have no l33t photo skills so i turn to you guys.
